There might be others, but these two must be there: a \Packages folder and a file called Resource.cfgĥA.

Inside of that folder there need to be two things. If you're using something else, we may have found your problem.ĥ. I am assuming that you're using Windows 7, Windows 8 or 8.1, or Windows 10. Go with either the A step or the B step, but do not do both. You'll have to make a couple of choices along the way. OK, this will come out as a wall of text, but we'll take it step by step.
